On the move for the past 6 years, Chef Fletcher was born in England and grew up in the Gulf Coast region of the Unites States. His culinary career began at Brennan’s of Houston, where Gulf Coast seafood was the focus. After a few stints in various kitchens around the coastal South, Chef set his sights on Seattle to grow and develop his understanding of fresh produce and butchery. With Earth and Ocean, Bastille and Marché under his belt, Chef Fletch sought a new challenge and joined The Sixgill family in April 2014.
